One Vanderbilt is a 93-story supertall skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan, NYC, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and opened in 2020. It stands at 1,301 feet (397 m) high with a 1,401-foot (427 m) spire, ranking as the city's fourth-tallest building, following One World Trade Center, Central Park Tower, and 111 West 57th Street.
One Vanderbilt's design complements Grand Central Terminal, featuring a base with a wedge-shaped void, a tapering tower, and "pavilions" at the top. Its facade combines glass panels with terracotta spandrels. The building utilizes steel and concrete for its superstructure and offers spacious interiors, with the lobby housing a bank branch and subway access. The Le Pavillon restaurant is on the second floor, while the majority of the space is dedicated to offices. The upper floors feature the Summit One Vanderbilt observation deck.
